Terry Sampson

Terry Sampson specializes in marketing the Hannibal area to clients. In addition to residential properties, Terry enjoys working with commercial and agricultural properties. He has earned numerous Awards from the Mark Twain Association of Realtors for his success in sales.

Terry conducts orientation tours of the area and provides specialized information on its features. As the former Executive Director of the Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce, Terry knows our community better than most anyone. Terry is a lifelong Hannibal resident. He was the State Director of Land Acquisition and on the Executive Committee of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials when he retired after 26 years at the Missouri Department of Transportation.

Terry was previously on the board of the Mark Twain Association of Realtors. He’s is a former member of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Hannibal and the Board of Education for the Hannibal Public Schools. Terry is currently a member of the Transportation Committee of the Hannibal Regional Economic Development Council.
