About Terry

To love what I do and know that it matters is what has kept me thriving in the Real Estate industry. I enjoy learning new things and always striving to be better at what I do. That is why working with Gold Country Modern is such a great fit for me.

Before joining the real estate community I ran the office, did sales with my husband at his pest control business and raised our two girls Jamey and Tawnya. I thoroughly enjoyed being a Girl Scout leader from first grade until the girls graduated from high school. Also I was the advisor/leader for S Club, a service club at the high school level) and Friday Night Live, a club to give kids an alternative to drinking and drugs.

At that point I followed my father’s foot steps into real estate knowing that is where I belonged. Now, just like the first day I started, my passion is to help clients find that perfect house or sell their luxury property. Every aspect of the process from educating clients about the area, negotiating the purchase, helping them with lenders and escrow, to handing them keys is my favorite and what I do best!
