Our family has used Terry Saxon to sell two homes, and both experiences have been fabulous!! Terry does everything a "normal" realtor does to sell a home, from the beginning of the listing until the day of close. The only difference is that we only paid him $899 to sell each home instead of thousands of dollars of commissions! We saved $10,500 on the last home we sold just a little over a month ago!! I can't imagine why anyone would want to use anyone else, unless you just enjoy giving away thousands of dollars! I won't ever use a different realtor to buy or sell another home. You really should give him a try!!
