Originally from Cecil County, MD, when Terry discovered the Eastern Shore of Delaware there was no doubt this was where she wanted to call home. Sussex County beaches are some of the most beautiful in the United States. The coastal resorts have so much to offer you can feel like you're on vacation any day of the week! They are ideal for a primary home, vacation home, or retirement home.

Terry has been in the housing business in both Sussex and Kent Counties in Delaware since 1998. She has been noted as a top producer in all of the real estate companies for which she has worked. Receiving multiple performance awards - the Million Dollar Club, Sterling Society and Diamond Society awards - Terry has successfully managed millions of dollars of transactions throughout her real estate career. Terry is a member of the Bethany Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Along with being licensed as a real estate agent, Terry received her Associate Broker license in 2018.
