Terry Seales

Terry has worked for Ty Irby Realty and Development for about 4 1/2 years now, and I plan on staying with the company as long as they allow me to. I have worked in the construction industry since 1970 and helped build a lot of homes in that time. In 2010, I decided to get my Realtor license as I believed it would put me in a better position financially for the future. I guess you can say I work both sides of the trade; I helped build homes, and now I help sell them. Working for Mrs. Cynthia Byrd has been a great experience and I plan to sell homes for as long as I can. For the last sixty years I’ve called the town of Semmes my home, and have watched this community grow into a nice size town. It’s truly a great place to live and has plenty of room for years of growth.
