We have had the pleasure of working with Terry to sell two properties and purchase one. The characteristic that hits you right away is professionalism. In the process we had interaction with several Realtors and it was reassuring to know Terry was representing us, always courteous and calm; removing emotion from what could have become a couple of contentious situations. His laid back style, honesty and work ethic kept us calm in several situations. Terry worked hard for us personally handling inspections, appraisals and was at the ready for showings by other Realtors. He was there to SELL our property never leaving it to chance. Terry had the specifics nailed down for questions by the prospective buyer and buyer’s agent.
