Teri Having many years in the field of new home construction, sales, marketing, and design, Teri takes a consultative approach to real estate. Her business philosophy has always been one of personal service, knowledge of the market, and a hands-on approach. Teri brings a diverse, action-oriented perspective and out-of-the-box creative thinking to all of her clients. Her focused communication style is realized in her keen ability to explore, understand, and relate to the needs of her clients. Teri began her career as a licensed realtor over 30 years ago in Syracuse, New York, which also lead to her position working with a custom home builder as part of the design, sales, and marketing team. Eventually relocating to Basking Ridge, New Jersey, Teri continued utilizing her education in design (Syracuse University), along with her strength in sales and marketing, by working with builders, architects, and home buyers. As a full-time, licensed realtor, Teri is well positioned in enabling her clients to present their homes in the best possible light for marketing their homes. While searching for their new homes, Teri is able to help her clients envision the realistic possibilities in the marketplace.
