Tesha Squires

Tesha was originally born in Georgia but grew up moving up and down the East Coast, finally settling in Charlotte, North Carolina. She recalls clearly being surrounded by real estate as she grew up and quickly developed a keen interest in the industry from a young age. She was inspired by real estate's overall entrepreneurial spirit and dynamism to help others.

After graduating from Methodist University with a degree in Business Administration, Tesha worked briefly for a law firm but soon embarked on a fulfilling career in education and coaching volleyball and soccer. This spurred her passion for helping others achieve their goals, as was evident in the success of her students and athletes.

However, it was the desire to make a long-term impact on people's lives that led Tesha to actively pursue a career in real estate. As a military spouse, she has witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by military families navigating the complexities of relocation. Tesha became determined to provide her clients with the support and guidance they needed to make informed decisions about their housing needs.

Driven by a commitment to excellence, Tesha obtained the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, demonstrating her expertise in serving the unique needs of military personnel and their families.

In 2020, Tesha moved to Oahu and the following year, she earned her real estate license. She recently joined Corcoran Pacific Properties, having been drawn to the company's reputation for providing exceptional service and support to its agents. With a commitment to building long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and hard work, Tesha is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
