Tess understands the desire to live in this beautiful, sunny, tropical paradise as she spent most of her life in Western NY! She is no stranger to cold temperatures, snowstorms, and gray days. She raised her four beautiful children in NY, where she was an active Real Estate Agent working with buyers, sellers, and a prominent investor community. Relocating to this area was a dream for Tess, and in 2019, she had an opportunity to do just that. Since she relocated to Lakewood Ranch, she has not looked back.

As much as she loves it here, Tess realizes from personal experience that relocating comes with its own set of worries. She has helped many clients relocate to our beautiful area to enjoy all offered. Even when it is a local move, everything must be considered, from selecting communities, schools, safety, and more to finding the right home. Tess prides herself on helping her clients walk through this process with the least stress possible.

When Tess is not working with her clients, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, dining at local restaurants, spending a day on the beach, biking, hiking with her dog, or exploring all the areas and activities offered here.
