I called on a sign that Tessa had listed in a golf course listing almost a year ago that is how I first met Tessa. I have been involved in real estate for more than 23 years now and have bought and sold over 100 properties throughout the years. I must say my typical response regarding real estate agents is generally not a favorable one. I have seen many agents muddy up the communication, lose sight of the goal and even lose a deal based on emotion and inexperience.

I really wanted to respond with a post here as what I experienced with Tessa was nothing more than a top notch experience. We had been looking in a specific area for almost a year. Tessa had been sending us prospects for us to look at and review, but nothing fit quite like the last house we walked through. She was very helpful with comps, the area and the value of the house which helped us with making our decision.

We had a very complicated closing with many ups and downs and Tessa every step of the way was communicating with my title attorney, the lenders, the sellers agents, the inspectors - she was on top of it all. She was creative in finding solutions and keeping everyone on point all the way to finish line.

The sellers were unrelenting on a closing schedule, our lender backed out at the last minute. We were out of town on vacation, unable to communicate at times and Tessa picked up the slack and was helpful and understanding all the way through. Here only goal was to help us get our house.

In a modern age of online MLS listings, inexperienced entitled agents who only list a house and then never follow through, it is refreshing to see someone who takes their profession seriously and commit all they have into it. I would highly recommend Tessa to list or to buy a house. She has restored my faith in why you would use and need a real estate agent and would recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

What can I say! Tessa absolutely put our minds at ease throughout the home buying process. As new homeowners we could not have had better help answering our questions. It was pretty much a painless operation from start to finish. Closed within 30 days. Tessa was helpful in recommending lenders, home inspectors, insurance, pest control, etc. Very personable and knowledgeable about the Manatee county area. I would absolutely reccomend to new homeowners and anyone else in the home buying market.
