Tessa Warner

Known for her client-focused approach and strong work ethic, Tessa Warner, Monarch Group | Woods Bros Realty has built a reputation as one of Lincoln’s top agents. In 2021, she founded Monarch Group, a team of service-minded agents dedicated to making a positive impact for clients.

Before joining Woods Bros Realty, Tessa earned the RE/MAX Platinum Club award four years in a row (2021–2024), was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2023, and received the national RE/MAX Torchbearer Award three times, recognizing top agents under 40.

With a Bachelor of Journalism (2006) and a Master’s in Marketing, Communication, and Advertising (2012) from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Tessa blends marketing expertise with real estate knowledge to deliver exceptional results. As a Certified Staging Design Professional, she helps sellers maximize value and market appeal.

Tessa is also committed to her community. She has served on the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln’s board since 2022, chaired the Government Affairs Committee, and remains active on the Nominations and Public Policy Committees. She has also served on several boards and has volunteered with many local organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, the Council of Alumni Ambassadors for the University of Nebraska, the Junior League of Lincoln, American Heart Association, Special Olympics, Arrive Business Fund, and more. She is an affiliate member of the Home Builders Association of Lincoln and the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of real estate, Tessa enjoys time with her husband, Mark Joekel, and their three dogs—Maggie, Ruby, and Rocky. She is an avid gardener, golfer, and host who values family and community.
