Definitely had a great experience with Thalia! She listened to my requests and delivered what i needed. She was available for all questions, and answered with great detail. She explained the process to me and was patient with my decision making. Shes very flexible with times and very professional. She also connected me with a lender that got things rolling after bad experiences previous lenders. Highly recommend her. We love our first home, especially the kids. When we started our home buying journey we reached out to some friends and family who had experience buying homes in the Chicago area. I was referred to Thalia, by a really good friend, and I am so glad I was. I had been looking for a new place for several months. I did not have an actual Realtor because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find a new place.Thalia was the first to really listen to me. Find out exactly what kind of apartment unit I was looking for and where, and anytime a unit came on the market that matched my criteria, she made sure I knew about it immediately. Thalia always made the time. If it wasn't exactly when I asked it was within a half an hour of course is understandable being such a busy outgoing realtor and she was always already and waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it. My experience with Thalia was phenomenal, she was on top of everything when it came to me purchasing my first home. I thought buying a new home would the hardest thing to do but she made the process easy. We put an offer down in the ending of October and we closed on our first home on 12/23 best christmas present ever. I highly recommend her to anyone who is ready to buy a home.
