Mr Galarza was very professional and knowledgeable about the market, he made the process feel effortless by guiding us through each step making sure we understood everything. For Miriam Holland: I normally don't write reviews unless it's for something significant such as the purchase of our dream home. Miriam Holland's professionalism, experience and most importantly the excellent customer service she provides is one of a kind. She takes in consideration every aspect of her clients convenience when purchasing a home. We've bought and sold a couple of properties in the past dealing with other real estate agents and we wish we would have known Miriam before. Her dedication doesn't compares to any one we've dealt with in the past. We must admit, we were a bit skeptical since we found her on-line and did not know anything about her, but she turned out to be more than what we were looking for. To any one reading this review, she is someone that takes your best interest seriously. We worked with Miriam for a whole year and after many showings we finally found the perfect home. We never felt pressure in any way to purchase anything we didn't want, at some point we felt as if we were wasting her time but she understands this to be part of her profession. We had the pleasure to work with Pablo (and Miriam) on the purchase and sale of our home.

A little unique to our situation was that after seeing a few homes, we found a For Sale By Owner property that we ended up purchasing. Before finding our FSBO, Miriam would make the necessary commutes to the Western suburbs and was very familiar with the area and schools even though the area was well over an hour away from her residence. While we lost a home to a bidding war, we would not have had a better partner. She was very creative and we had a strategy in place that wasn’t focused solely all about the purchase price (we weren’t going to pay more than what we thought was the top price of the home).

I want to call out that while the Galarza Team was not receiving any commission on our our purchase, Pablo was still very helpful in answering questions and providing insight and guidance on our purchase. There was no hesitation and would return our calls promptly!

The Galarza Team also provided excellent service on the sell of our home. Fortunately for us, we received multiple offers all over asking price. Pablo patiently worked with us on narrowing down the offers to the right buyer. A couple of wrinkles came up on behalf of the buyer and Pablo essentially managed through them resulting in a smooth closing!

Very happy with the Galarza Team! I highly recommend Miriam and Pablo!

We had the pleasure to work with Pablo (and Miriam) on the purchase and sale of our home.

A little unique to our situation was that after seeing a few homes, we found a For Sale By Owner property that we ended up purchasing. Before finding our FSBO, Miriam would make the necessary commutes to the Western suburbs and was very familiar with the area and schools even though the area was well over an hour away from her residence. While we lost a home to a bidding war, we would not have had a better partner. She was very creative and we had a strategy in place that wasn’t focused solely all about the purchase price (we weren’t going to pay more than what we thought was the top price of the home).

I want to call out that while the Galarza Team was not receiving any commission on our our purchase, Pablo was still very helpful in answering questions and providing insight and guidance on our purchase. There was no hesitation and would return our calls promptly!

The Galarza Team also provided excellent service on the sell of our home. Fortunately for us, we received multiple offers all over asking price. Pablo patiently worked with us on narrowing down the offers to the right buyer. A couple of wrinkles came up on behalf of the buyer and Pablo essentially managed through them resulting in a smooth closing!

Very happy with the Galarza Team! I highly recommend Miriam and Pablo!

Pablo, Maggie and Jimmy were all wonderful! We sold our home to exactly what Pablo had said we would! Although we did not have the chance to find our next home at this time Maggie worked diligently to get us all the appointments we wanted to see and Jimmy was quick to put our minds at ease with the financial side of things. The inspectors and contractors they recommend were fantastic and we will continue to use them when we are again in need of their services. Anthony Lopez Jr was our agent and he was patient, kind and a pleasure to work with. He never complained about making adjustments to his schedule and always made sure he was available when we needed him. After going through a couple multi-offer scenarios I felt like renting was our only option, because we couldn't find that perfect home. Maggie was a delight! After our first meeting she really knew our likes and needs and only showed us properties that fit that criteria. This saved us a lot of time and effort. Pablo has been our realtor in 3 occasions now and I wouldn't go with anyone else. He helped us from buying to selling and is always insightful with any questions or doubts we may have. I have to give credit where credit is due because our last sale was December 2018 and it took a good 6 months to complete, Pablo never gave up. If I needed to speak with Pablo, he would answer my calls/emails quickly and efficiently, and if he was busy he would get back to me as soon as he was free. We had moved out of state and he made it super easy for us in taking care of everything. Hard work pays off and Pablo deserves all the credit. Best you’ll find! Pablo is the only realtor I trust, he is honest and has gone above and beyond to make things happen quickly and smoothly. Never had an issue and if something unexpected happens him and his team take care of it immediately. Have worked with other realtors where their only interest was their commission but not with Pablo and Maggie they care about their customers. I definitely recommend!
