Comprised of founding members Adam Touni, Wendy Kandasamy and Katharine Carroll, The reSolve Group came together around a shared love of their work and commitment to serving their clients with the highest level of professionalism and care.

The team’s skill sets truly distinguish them from other agents. Wendy brings a highly analytical approach to real estate after studying computer science and spending her early career as an engineer in the financial sector. Based on her ability to take in and synthesize impressive amounts of information, she has an uncanny knack for spotting unique opportunities before anyone else. Adam is an attorney who focused on land use, real estate transactions and litigation before becoming a full-time broker associate. He spots and helps clients mitigate risk, but really excels at crafting and telling the story of a home in creative marketing campaigns. Katharine brings a strategic focus, project management skills and the ability to calmly problem solve; all tools she developed during her tenure as a professional cyclist and as managing broker for Pacific Union’s Palo Alto office. Together, with their diverse backgrounds, experiences and approaches, they help clients achieve success.
