Aloha… “The Breath of Life” … Born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, South Kona in a sacred area known as “Pu’uhonua O Honaunau”, living the lifestyle many dreams of with the beautiful ocean breezes and the picturesque mountain view that takes your breath away. As a Native to the islands, Thelma “Leinani” Garso-Pacheco has embraced the culture, history, and people of Hawaii, making Maui her home since 1973. A Graduate of The Kamehameha Schools – Kapalama Campus as a Border allowed her to build skills to be independent, steadfast, humble, grateful and to not take anything for granted.
In 2013, Thelma was blessed to start her career with Island Sotheby’s International Realty as the Administrator/Listing Coordinator for the South Maui Office. Learning and loving the many avenues in the Real Estate Market, embracing the brand that Sotheby’s International Realty upholds. Working alongside amazing professionals has allowed her passion to grow for real estate, and it was only natural that her love for her community is to help bring their home ownership dreams to life.
In her spare time, Thelma is an active member of her community sharing her skills in hula, floral designing, mentorship and along with her husband they enjoy their growing family on Maui, Sacramento, Ohio, and South Carolina.
