Theresa Ryan

Theresa "Terry" Ryan, the founder of Pater Real Estate Management Co., Inc., holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a master's degree in Business Administration from Rivier College. Terry has an extensive background in financial management, marketing, contract law, contracting, and space planning. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Terry is an active member of the Granite State South Board of REALTORS®, serving as Board Treasurer and a member of the Education and Strategic Planning Committees. Terry is also a member of the Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS®, the Greater Derry-Londonderry Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Finance Committee of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®. Terry was the recipient of the 2008 GSSBR President's Award. In 2012, Terry Ryan was awarded REALTOR® of the Year by the Granite State South Board of REALTORS®. She remains active in the company while enjoying semi-retirement. She is licensed NH Real Estate Assistant Broker #011261.
