The housing crisis of 2008 marked the beginning of my career in real estate. Great timing in that I was forced to learn, grow, and think outside the box to stay in business. I consider it a blessing as it motivated me to refine my skills in real estate sales, negotiations, and contracts, not to mention the ever changing housing and lending market. For more than 15 years I have been privileged to help countless buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Not everyone can purchase or sell a home right away, yet they are still in need of guidance, someone to help them find a path forward. I am happy to be a resource. As 2024 began, I moved to join New Heights Real Estate Group – LPT Realty, as a Realtor/Associate Broker. Our groups combined knowledge, skills, diverse backgrounds, (and perhaps my quirky nature) and eagerness to help one another, is a pleasure to share with our clients. My Senior Real Estate designation, Real Estate Broker's License, business knowledge and desire to guide others have proven invaluable as I continue to share my passion for real estate.
