I have been a licensed Realtor® serving Metro Atlanta since 2016 and live in Cherokee County. I help buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients successfully navigate changing market conditions—including fast-paced seller markets and slower, more balanced markets.

Having relocated from Chicago myself, I understand the challenges of moving to a new area and created a specialized relocation report to help incoming buyers feel informed and confident. I also spent five years as a loan processor, giving me strong insight into the mortgage process. I work closely with trusted lenders offering FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans, as well as down payment assistance programs when available.
