Therese Southwell

As Leasing Director for Metro Commercial Development Group, Therese is responsible for leasing the Metro owned portfolio in the Delaware Valley. Therese acts as the owner’s representative for broker sourced tenant prospects as well as direct marketing campaigns to tenants.

Therese has 8 years experience in retail leasing and joined Metro in 2020. She is a graduate of Richard Stockton College.
