I never thought I could afford a brand new construction home in Chantilly, but Kim made it all possible. She informed me about an affordable housing program I was not aware of, and because of her, we were able to get into a brand new townhouse for half the market value! It really was a too good to be true. She took us through the process to get approved for the program, and also helped us along the way when it came to the builders. If I could give Kim 6 or 7 stars I would. Kim is knowledgeable, resourceful and polite. Even in the most stressful home buying process (new and unorganized developer/construction), her follow up and resiliency was unmatched and not only was I able to close on my new awesome home but Kim was also able to negotiate over $20,000 credit from the seller which covered all of my closing cost and I had left over money to buy points to reduce my interest rate. Kim was incredible to work with. She was the second realtor that we worked with during our home buying process and it was a night-and-day difference between the two. Kim was amazingly responsive: an example of her dedication was when she came and met us at a house we liked (which is now our home!) at 8:00 PM on a Friday night because that was the best time for us. She is also just an incredibly sweet person, but can turn it on when she needs to in dealing with a seller (or I am sure a buyer if she were on the other side).
