Thomas Arthur, III

With a background in entrepreneurialism and serving the Sarasota community, practicing real estate was a natural fit for Thomas. He believes a good Realtor® is one who is very diligent with his research and always has an eye on the daily market. He focuses on his buyers and sellers first and foremost, tailoring every step of the way to suit their needs no matter the neighborhood, size, or price of a home. His ‘door is always open’ and he approaches every transaction holistically, striving to meet and exceed everyone’s expectations.

Thomas has lived in the Sarasota region since 2008. He is originally from southeast Michigan before serving in the United States Army, where one of his assignments was in Hawaii where he grew fond of the tropical environment. He has since been involved in a number of entrepreneurial endeavors, running his own companies, and learning the importance of networking and relationships. He has also designed and built all his own homes, so Thomas’ attention-to-detail and housing knowledge goes down to the studs. Having gone through the process of moving to Sarasota, his personal experiences add value to customers, helping him to inform and guide relocating buyers in a very local-centric market. He entered the real estate field in 2015 and his customers know him for his excellent communication skills, integrity, and passion for the job.

Thomas’ love for the community continues into his service mentality, sitting on the Sarasota County Board of Zoning Appeals. He feels responsible for the success of the community at large and makes it his business to have a positive lasting effect. Thomas’ wife, Mandi, works for Marie Selby Gardens. They have two children, Ellie and Emory. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys exercising, going to the beach, and listening to live music.
