The only regret that I have for teaming up with Thomas Bepko and Yellowbrick, was that the house sold so unexpectedly fast, and our family found ourselves also having to pack quickly. "T.J", Mr. Bepko, to the rest of you, was in constant contact to check if I needed any help. He walked me through the contracts and attorney interactions. I took up his assistance offer and he found me a crew to help me fill a dumpster for an initial clean out of 22 yrs. of stuff I wasn't moving with. I was so satisfied with the crew, that I used them again to help me load a secondary 16ft. rental truck,
and do a final clean out of the house and double garage. My final appreciation is in the fact that I was also able to make a lasting friendship with the buyer, whom was also using Yellowbrick. This is not common, but the buyer and I will keep in touch. The final note is...you will not regret using this company in any way. Skill, honesty, integrity, and sincerity is what you get. (They did not pay me to say this stuff either!)

BEST IN THE BUSINESS! Thomas Bepko helped me from day one and guided me throughout the process. He is very easy to communicate with and is available 24/7 which is nice because he answered every question I had right away. Not only is he very knowledgeable and wanted my best interest but he as well helped me make the best decision that best suited me. Thomas was great to work with and I as well referred him to my family members to use him. He got it all done quickly while also explaining everything during every step of the process. Moving is never an easy task. Between coordinating the logistics and getting quotes from various moving companies my experience with Thomas was A+! At our first meeting we discussed budget and all of my must haves. Thomas was considerate in all the properties he showed and ensured he only showed places that would meet my needs and budget. I contacted him numerous times at various times of day and Thomas was always responsive. Finding the right place to fit my needs came easy with Thomas’s guidance.
