Tom and his wife have always worked best as a team and their love of Montana began when they relocated to Bigfork in 1987 to manage the sales and marketing efforts of the Eagle Bend Golf Community. They subsequently transitioned into the ownership and development of Trails West Real Estate and immediately their lifestyle felt like the beginning of a forever home. Although their two children have now grown and left the nest, they can't wait to come back home to Montana whenever they can. Their daughter, Elli is making excellent use of her Business/Marketing degree in Portland, Oregon and their son, Casey is actively pursuing his acting career in Los Angeles. They now are a part of Glacier Sotheby’s International Realty, and they could not be happier! They love their brand and how their company works together GLOBALLY. As much as they constantly work for their clients, Tom and his wife always try to stay active in their community. Currently Tom serves on the Eagle Bend Scholarship Board and President's Council of the Intermountain Children's Home. In the past, he has served on their local Board of Realtors and the Board of the Montana Association of Realtors; serving as the chair of the Legislative Committee and Political Action Committee. In 2001, he received the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors Salesperson of the Year Award and was honored to receive the award again in 2004 as well as the salesperson of the year for the entire state of Montana. Tom's wife is also very active; they have always believed community involvement is critical to enhance the integrity and increase the value of their real estate industry. Together they have consistently worked with the local school board, Bigfork Playhouse, the Chamber of Commerce in Bigfork, and the Bigfork Community Development Board. Last, but certainly not least, Tom and his wife love the Flathead Valley! Naturally, that makes it a pleasure and a joy to market and sell your property.
