I found Tom randomly, by requesting information on Zillow. This was our first home purchase and I had a lot of questions. My husband and I loved having Tom as a realtor because he listened and advised us without adding any extra pressure or stress to buy a property if it didn't feel like the right choice. It doesn't take long after meeting Tom to realize that he has many years of experience in this industry and with buying and selling properties himself. We met Tom while we were in a 3 month rental after relocating to the area. At that time we did have contact with another realtor in the area. It was apparent that Tom had a much better pulse on the area, and a clear idea of exactly what we were looking to buy. He had initially recommended the Eastlake area for us. I mentioned I'd rather be closer to the beach for our out of town company. After looking at homes closer to beach, we decided to go out to Eastlake and look. It was perfect. We love our home, neighborhood and all the surrounding area has to offer. Tom is insightful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Tom Byrnes is a FANTASTIC realtor. He is great at his job, always prepared and has great knowledge of Clearwater market. We searched for 6 months over many weekends, traveling to area from 1000 miles away. Tom always prepared in advance a plan for our visits, and he was so patient and never pushy as we changed our minds several times as to what we wanted. We eventually successfully purchased a beach house, and Tom is simply the best realtor I have ever worked with on a 30 year period of buying eight homes. I would highly highly recommend Tom to anyone.

Tom Byrnes is truly magnificent. He stood by our side for almost the duration of a year in search of our perfect house until we finally found it. His suggestions were always spot on too. If we had any concern about anything in particular to the home buying process he was readily available with an answer. This was very important considering we were first time home buyers. Tom always went out of his way even up to traveling excessively away from the office regardless the distance to better assist us in our search. Tom is the guy you want and the most honest individual without any sugarcoating in this market.
