Thomas Collins

Thomas is one of more than 7,000 Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIMs) of the industry's most renowned Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Tom is positioned to offer clients the benefits of his specialized real estate education and expert ability to help them through complex property investment transactions.

Since 1987, his real estate expertise includes appraising and site development, including the construction of industrial buildings and renovation of existing commercial sites. Today, he primarily works with operating businesses, and specializes in commercial, industrial, investment properties and site location analysis.

Tom currently serves as a Board Member of the Ulster County Development Corporation, and is an active member of numerous community economic development advisory boards.
