I am a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and a member of the Reading Berks Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I have a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University, a Masters of Business Administration from Drexel University and Bachelor of Sciences from La Salle University with a concentration in finance and marketing. Before entering real estate, I spent 23 years in the tax profession working for a truck leasing firm, as an associate for a tax consulting practice with KPMG and a tax auditor for the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. I began learning the real estate market by working in sales for a finance company for five years originating home equity loans, rising as high as Branch Manager before pursuing one of my two advanced degrees. I entered the real estate field believing I could deliver service better than other agents. I believe in operate according to the following principles: Return phone calls, emails and texts; Get back to the customer with an answer; Always be honest with customers no matter if the news is good or bad; Always do research and be prepared; Be a good listener; Use the latest technology to market or find a home; Ask for what you want; Aim high and expect the best; Find out what the other side wants and how you can satisfy them; Don’t rush things; Have alternatives and don’t be afraid to walk away; Don’t give anything away; Behave ethically, and Don’t let personalities get in the way of attaining the customer’s goal.
