Best realtor I've ever used! TJ went above and beyond when adversity presented itself and explored every avenue to find the best outcome when looking for a house. I believe communication is important and we never had to worry about not being able to reach him or him being unavailable. TJ not only guided and counseled my fiance and I in selling our first home for the price we wanted (offering advice on the market, how to stage our house and what to expect, which were all brand new concepts to us), but also helped us find our dream property with more than enough room to grow. This was no easy task (all the late night questions aside haha), looking for a home with usable acreage to start a more sustainable lifestyle, as well as a family, all within a close proximity to St. Louis (the beautiful river access was the best bonus!!) We were picky, but TJ never made us feel rushed or pressured.

Thomas Derry aka TJ just recently helped me sell one property, so I could buy another. He had a solid strategy to market and sell my first property and was incredibly patient and pressure free as we shopped for a new home. He is very fast with his responses, and he is always honest and truthful when you ask him for his option.
