Mr. Thomas Drescher II, CCIM, brings over 30 years of experience in real property services, i.e., acquisitions, property management, & disposition of buildings, corridors and sites.
Thomas is a licensed NV RE Broker/Sales license # BS.44407; with Permit Property Management #0165796; and CA Real Estate Broker license #01197394.
He is currently self employed serving Clark County NV and Southern California-Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Mr. Drescher holds a BA, Business, California State University Long Beach; and AA Engineering, Santa Ana College.
Some special projects from 2017-2019 included researching information and reporting on use of Facility Condition Assessments and Indices for prioritizing replacement of buildings and their critical components with completing the Institute of Real Estate Management Course MNT402 Managing Maintenance Operations and Property Risk, Developing Capital Strategy-ASM303 and CCIM Ward Center Calculating Building Size for Development.
