Thomas J. Since becoming a licensed appraiser in Pennsylvania in 1998 and later earning his certification in Florida in 2023, Thomas has completed around 19,000 appraisals of residential 1-4 family dwellings. His expertise in estimating market value is well-established, honed by decades of diligent work in the field.

A legacy of real estate runs deep in Thomas's family, with both his grandfather and father having been brokers in Pennsylvania. Growing up in the Philadelphia suburbs, Thomas started his appraisal career there before moving to the city in 2001, where he continued to build his reputation for excellence until 2023.
