I was a first time home buyer when I first started looking in 2019. In the beginning I had an idea of what type of house I needed/ wanted. Midway into this search my situation changed and so did the type of house needed. Without missing a beat Tom was on it! He was able to see my visions on what I wanted in a house and my plans to achieve it. He walked me through every step and answered any and ALL questions.

When the I started having issues with the lender I chose, Tom was helpful enough to refer someone but wasn't pushy about it. I ended up using his reference Armen and he was amazing as well. On the day of closing and final walk through the sellers were still moving things out. Tom offered to help them move things to their truck. The master bedroom had tears in the paint from where they had hung a TV. I was disappointed by this as I had not intended on painting that room right away. When we met up for closing Tom had went and got me a Home Depot gift card so I could buy paint for that room. Something he didn't have to do.

Tom will always go the extra mile to make sure you're happy and get the best deal. A month or so after moving in one of the closet doors that was suppose to be fixed under the terms had fallen off the hinge. I attempted to fix it but it was never properly fixed so there was nothing I could do. I mentioned this to Tom and he made arrangements with me to come and fix it. Again going above and beyond. If you want someone that will listen to your wants/needs, go to bat for you and make sure you are completely happy then Tom is your guy!

Absolute pro. Quick, responsive and especially helpful concerning the myriad of things that will inevitably happen (Murphy) and may not be covered in the standard arrangement betwwen buyer/seller and realtor.

He was involved in the sale of two out-of-state properties for me. Once as the realtor for the buyers, and the other as my realtor as the seller. Both times, he was a total pro.

I have bought and sold several homes in the past 35 years. I would have to say that Tom Harrison is the hardest working Realtor that I have ever worked with. Tom even took care of a little general maintenance on the unoccupied property that he sold for me. He frequently communicated with me regarding sales strategy, then negotiations and closing. Tom is now the only Realtor I will use.
