Thomas Philtott

Tom's real estate career spans twenty-eight years as a broker with ERA Cape Real Estate LLC. Over this period of time, Tom has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer. In addition to making many new friends, he's helped hundreds of people find their dream home on Cape Cod. Prior to his career in real estate, Tom spent five years teaching inner city students in the Philadelphia School District. In 1973, Tom move to the Cape and was employed as an eighth grade teacher at the Nauset Middle School in Orleans. Tom graduated from Villanova University with B.S. degree in Business Administration. Also, Tom is a graduate of Bridgewater State College with a Master's of Education degree in guidance.
