I write this with great joy for the time and effort Tommy put into our sale. My mother passed and my sister and I had worked with another agent who estimated the value `pre-cleaning' and then undervalued our `post-cleaning' of the home by more than 35%!!! We sensed we had found someone `untrustworthy' and began looking for an agent that had our interests in mind! Tommy was a lucky find and we were exceedingly happy. He reaffirmed immediately his goal was to help us as best he could to get the price the property was worth! He was not in it for himself, but wanted to help my sister and I to get through the sale as smoothly as possible. He handled the listing, recommended some `lipstick' touches we could do to maximize value and even helped us find reliable and competent business to assist with that process. When all was done, we made more than the asking price and closed with a 0 contingency as-is sale! His time, effort, care for our family and dedication to his customers was astounding and I could not recommend him more.

Mr. Pilkerton was very professional and helpful in the entire process of selling the family home after my mother’s passing. He answered every question and helped me with getting all the work done for a quick sale. And after being treated poorly by another agent it was very refreshing to me to feel a part of the process rather than just a hinderance. Thomas Pilkerton was very honest and up front with us about everything, every step of the way. Anytime we called he was available. Selling a house is very stressful and he was very understanding. We were running late the day of closing getting all the belongings out and he stepped right in and helped us! He was wonderful! Such a huge help!
