Serving all of New York City and Northern New Jersey Thomas Rainey has completed over 100 transactions as well as over $100 Million Dollars in Sales in less than 7 years and is poised to continue his pursuit of serving clients at a high level no matter the price point or timeline.

While representing many different types of clients including First Time Buyers, Sellers, and Investors in the purchase, sale, or lease of property Thomas never lose sight that this is a business of people. With a deep knowledge of the inner workings of Co-ops, Condos, Single and Multifamily Homes he is able to give perspective to even the most seasoned buyer or seller. Thomas currently specializes in advising, then closing, the complex transaction of buying and selling simultaneously. Taking into consideration all of the needs and priorities of a multifaceted transition involving many parties and interests he can keep the process moving forward and maintain communication over a long period of time. Knowing the available properties on the market and having fantastic relationships with the broker community at large is also central to my business.

3 years ago Thomas found it difficult to support all of the business that came into our office and started The Rainey Team. They are now a fully functioning unit able to bend time and space to make cover all of the needs of any client that comes into our sphere. With multiple agents, a transaction coordinator, and showing specialist, and top-notch marketing department at your service there will be no shortage of hands-on deck.

Thomas also currently live and work off the Midtown Direct Line in NJ serving clients looking to transition to or from the city. With his wife, 2 children, his Yorkie Archie supporting him, he knows that anything is possible. Thomas is beyond grateful to my clients and friends who have helped him along the way.
