About Thomas

Thomas is a Santa Barbara native with a deep love and knowledge of the Santa Barbara community. Since becoming a Realtor in 2008 he has risen in the ranks of local representatives in sales and dedicated service. He has achieved recognition in the top 1% of Berkshire Hathaway
agents nationwide.

In addition to his accomplishments in sales he has served, on a volunteer basis, for over a decade with the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors where he, in 2019, ultimately served as president of the board and in 2020 received "Realtor of the Year" for his contributions to the Santa Barbara real estate community.

Thomas' primary objective and concern, while working with buyers and sellers alike, is to assist in market education and to facilitate the transfer of property in a manner that protects his clients' interests. Thomas understands how to build lasting relationships though client-oriented service, authenticity, and an ethical approach to business. Recently he has been mentoring new agents and assisting them in developing their businesses.
