My family and I had such a positive experience with Thomas Sitterly as our landlord! From day one, Thomas consistently demonstrated qualities that set him apart as an outstanding landlord.

First and foremost, Thomas is attentive and responsive, but also so friendly and easy to talk to! We were always comfortable contacting him. If there was an issue or concern with the property, he would promptly address it, making sure that repairs and maintenance were handled efficiently and effectively. His willingness to listen and take action promptly created a sense of security and comfort in our rental home because he made us feel like a team rather than just tenants.

Additionally, Thomas maintains his properties with great care. The property was in excellent condition when we moved in, and he continued to uphold the same level of quality throughout our two year tenancy. We could tell that he takes pride in providing his tenants with a clean and well-maintained living space.
