He founded a media production company creating content for broadcast television, biotechnology, healthcare, and non-profit organizations. He has been actively involved in charity having served on the board of directors for Hospital Infantile, the only pediatric surgical facility in Northwest Mexico. He has produced videos and served as consultant for the Promise2Kids Foundation, which aids foster children in Southern California. And he has helped fundraise for Feeding America, assisting food insecure families in the United States. Thomas lived in Hawaii for 10 years, and co-founded lookintohawaii.com which was the largest Hawaii-based tourism and information website. While in Hawaii, he also helped youth at Kapolei High School to find career paths that exist beyond the beaches of the island. In addition to his love of photography, Thomas is an FAA certified unmanned aircraft pilot, and has shot aerial footage seen on the Travel Channel, CNN, and other media outlets. Thomas is also a home wine maker and has a barreled some outstanding Zinfandels over the past couple of years. He is bought and sold homes over the past 25 years, and loves to remodel - most recently having designed, project manager, and renovated his own home in 2019. Thomas is a Bay Area native with a degree from the University of California at San Diego and holds a master’s degree in Finance from National University.
