Heaven sent, that's what TMW Realty Group is to my family and I. Thomas White is my realtor. Recently purchased a home in Feb 2021, after one of lender told my that purchasing the home was impossible, I called Thomas in a panic, he told me to breath and he referred me to another bank and after reviewing the paper the other bank said "Yes it's a go" Thomas held my hand through the whole process, he is very understanding, problem solver, full of resourceful information and he still answers my calls/emails when I have a question. Tom White is an exceptional realtor, professional and always responsive to questions regarding sale of property. He recently sold a small parcel of land for my husband and I, which was not an easy piece of property to sell due to location and proximity to wetlands making it unbuildable. With perseverance and always professional , he found a buyer and sold the property for us while in the middle of a pandemic. With a really competitive housing market, we needed a realtor who can work with us and was responsive to that competition. Thomas and his team were fantastic! He helped us understand the process, figured out pros and cons of each house we visited, and talked to seller’s agents to find out more info. He organized the timeline for us, along with offers. I decided to purchase a home and began looking in January. Thomas and his team were incredibly responsive and supportive. Much to our surprise, we suddenly were in the midst of a pandemic. I thought that I would need to delay my search but Thomas made many accommodations to ensure I could resume my search safely after a few weeks. In the midst of COVID-19, I found my dream home, safely completed all of the necessary steps, and closed. Thomas supported me each step of the way and the process really was seamless! As first time homebuyers we were quite blind and intimidated about the process however Thomas was always a phone call or text away and ready provide guidance every step of the way. He is incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful. responsive, professional, and patient adapting to your needs as they came. Working with Thomas, we felt much more at ease than expected throughout this process because he took the time to explain every detail in a way that we understood. Once we found a home we loved, Thomas got right on it. He quickly put the offer in and got the ball rolling. I was told this would be a lengthy process however things moved quickly.
