Thomas is a proud third-generation Seattle native, born and raised in the heart of Ballard. With deep Scandinavian roots, he's about as "Old Ballard" as they come. His lifelong connection to the region gives him an intimate understanding of Seattle's neighborhoods, history, and ever-changing real estate market.
Since beginning his real estate career in 2021, Thomas has built his business almost entirely through referrals, serving clients throughout the I-5 corridor from Seattle to Bellingham. He earned degrees in Urban Planning and Business Administration from Western Washington University, where he developed a strong foundation in land use, development, and market analysis. His years in Bellingham left lasting ties to Whatcom County, and he continues to work with clients throughout Northwest Washington.
Based in Seattle, Thomas specializes in helping homeowners sell in the city and make the transition to communities farther north, including Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom counties. He also enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, newcomers to the Puget Sound region, and clients looking to evaluate properties for redevelopment, renovations, or investment opportunities. His background in urban planning allows him to identify value and potential that many buyers overlook.
When he's not working with clients, Thomas lives in Queen Anne and still spends plenty of time helping his parents maintain their 100-year-old family home in Ballard. You'll often find him biking around Seattle, running the Lake Union loop with his run club, golfing with friends, or riding the emotional rollercoaster that comes with being a lifelong Mariners fan.
