About Thomas

Tom founded Tom Wilson and Associates in 2000 as a partner. Since then he has been directing the growth and development of the brokerage house.


With sales of over $25 million dollars in 2004, Tom has sold over $200 million dollars worth of property in the Atlanta area over the last ten years. Presently, he has completed over 1,500 transactions and sold over 5,000 acres of residential and industrial land.


Tom has been a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club since 1989. In 1993, he was involved in over 60% of industrial real estate transactions in the Georgia 400/Forsyth County area and was recognized as one of the top four real estate producers. In 1994, he was recognized as a life member of the Million Dollar Club. In 1997, Tom sold over $22 million dollars worth of real estate and was the number two industrial land salesperson in the Board of Realtors. In 1998, he received the Phoenix Award as a 10-year consecutive member of the Million Dollar Club and sold over $21.5 million dollars worth of real estate. In 2004, Tom Wilson and Associates, LLC sold over $30 million dollars worth of real estate.
