Tom assisted us when we bought our home 5 years ago, helped us sell my father's home in 2021, and most recently helped us with the sale of our house. Tom Yates helped us find our current home in 2016. His thorough knowledge of the area’s neighborhoods and builders was invaluable as we looked for the right house, homesite and neighborhood to meet our admittedly demanding requirements. There was no doubt throughout the process that Tom was looking out for our interests and not simply trying to sell a house. After showing us as many houses as we wanted to look and finding the right floor plan, Tom showed us an ideal lot where a quality builder had just started a new house with all the features we wanted, and we bought it early enough in the process to build it out exactly as we wanted it. Tom is a service-orient professional. He took the time to visit a property of interest listed by another brokerage firm while I was out of town. Tom sold our home in May of 2015. The level of service he provided is second to none. I knew he was an outstanding realtor as soon as he began the process of selling our home. He sold it in under three weeks which was quite a pleasant surprise given the circumstances. Since then, my husband and I have bought and sold two more homes. Unfortunately they were not in Tom’s area so we had to use other realtors which is when we truly realized how far above and beyond Tom goes for his clients.
