About Thomasena

Thomasena joined the Saussy Burbank team in 1993. After 16 years of managing new home construction in various communities, she transferred to our Sales Department in 2009 serving as the sales consultant for Davidson Pointe and later Riverwalk in Rock Hill, SC, and Cottages at Marvin Gardens in Marvin, NC. Thomasena started her career in the home building industry with John Crosland Company and later served as Sales/Closing Administrator with Ryland Homes. She studied Computer Science at York Technical College and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North and South Carolina. Thomasena has been a Notary Public since 1990 and is a member of the York County Chamber of Commerce and the S.C. Arts Alliance.
