About Thorinton

I’m Thor Hmielewski, a licensed Florida real estate agent since 2021. A lifelong Floridian, my path to real estate was shaped by years of leadership and problem-solving—first as a Marine and later as an operations chief for the U.S. State Department.

Long before becoming licensed, I developed an intimate understanding of the Southwest Florida market by purchasing and managing my own properties. That firsthand experience fuels my primary goal as a real estate professional: helping my clients make well-informed decisions. When I’m not working for my clients, I enjoy embracing the Florida lifestyle and supporting the small businesses that make this community special. I also serve on my condo association’s board, where I’ve gained invaluable experience in condo management and property damage claims, having overseen a $500,000 renovation to our buildings.
