Reached out to ThuAn based on a recommendation from a close friend when I was looking to buy in the midst of the crazy Pandemic market with zero knowledge of the entire process. She was very personable and patient with explaining the home buying process and listening to what I was looking for before starting to look at various properties and very prompt with responses. Things moved really quickly and she also recommended a trusted mortgage loan officer that also assisted the process of loan approval and the property closed in 17days during when it was so competitive and prospective buyers outbidding each other. I have since recommended both ThuAn and Jason to friends who are looking for a trusted and reliable realtor to buy/sell their property here in San Diego.
