Thuy Doan

Thuy graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Science and Information Systems. She began her career in the housing market as a Housing Specialist at the San Diego Housing Commission where she helped low-income families and landlords with property management and rental assistance. Here, she fell in love with helping families with all their housing needs, which lead her to pursue a career in the Real Estate industry. Thuy worked as a Salesperson at a Real Estate Brokerage located in Mira Mesa, where she was the best producing agent in her first year! She quickly wanted to open her own Brokerage and passed her Broker’s exam the following year. Thuy opened eQuest Realty & Mortgage in 2005 with a passion to help people buy, sell, and finance homes, with a niche market for helping low-income families find financing. She excels at what she does because she is known for being extremely giving and caring to her clients.
