Thuy (Twee) is the managing Associate Broker for Key Realty in the Livonia, Troy/Rochester real estate offices.

Representing homeowners and future homeowners, she works diligently to keep clients’ goals top of mind by listening to their needs. She has specialized training in negotiations and pricing through the CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert), MCNE (Master Certified Negotiations Expert), and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) Designations. The skills mastered in these courses lead to win-win outcomes. She firmly believes continuing education is a lifelong pursuit to stay current in an ever-changing real estate market.

Living and working in the metro-Detroit area for the last 25 years, she is knowledgeable about the local market conditions and expertly guides clients through the process. Her ability to understand, analyze, and find solutions stems from her former experience as an engineer at GM Cadillac Motor Car Division. Working in the Legal and Safety department for Cadillac as a liaison between the corporate attorneys and engineers helped prepare her as she transitioned into the real estate profession. Attention to detail and the ability to make the complex more easily understood is her forte.
