Tia Goins is the best at what she does. She was patient and kind. Most importantly, she made sure I got everything I wanted in a house. She stayed on top of listings to ensure that I did not miss anything in my area. She was flexible with her time and followed through on everything I asked. Being a first time homebuyer, I wasn't very knowledgeable about some things and Tia made sure to explain every detail of the process. She even helped me find a the perfect lender to deal with my financial circumstances. She help make this process smooth and seamless.
