I have nothing but good things to say about Tia. I found her online through a google search and I can now see why she has raving reviews. Tia showed me two properties via facetime as I am not local to the area. 1 week later I had an accepted offer on an investment property and the rest is history. Tia has always been quick to respond to EVERY phone call or text and has showed nothing but true professionalism with every interaction. I feel lucky to have found her and I look forward to working with her again.

Wow! Where do I begin. I listed my West Virginia house in May after discussing the market with a realtor there. I planned to do it in a year and he said I could probably get more money this year because of changes in interest rates and the market that would take place in 2023. I agreed, and immediately had an offer on my house. However, I needed to find a place in Michigan where I was moving to be closer to my mother and other family. The first house I saw online was listed with Tia. She told me it had gone fast with many offers. However, she would put me on their online service (with items that were important to me as well as my price range, etc.) and I began receiving listings in my email everyday. I arrived for a visit in June and made an offer on a house. Tia was so clued in to the things that were important to me that she had added a few listings I had not even chosen, so I obviously became impressed with her ability and developed a trust for her I didn't plan for. The original offer on my house fell through because the buyer's financing fell through. Another cash offer also fell through after the buyer changed her mind, and I was so distraught. A third offer turned out to be the keeper, but in the meantime I had to withdraw the offer for the original house in Michigan and make a second trip to find a house. I found one I did like and was ready to make an offer, but I added another listing on that last day just to see what I thought of it. I went through it and looked at Tia and said, "This is it." I realize this story is a lot about me, but I did that because Tia was with me through the whole journey. She helped me at every turn .... even in finding me an office area from which to work (I work from home) after I sold my place and there was a week's gap between the settlement date of the house I was buying. I value her opinion in everything as I have made my move. She gave me advice on everything associated with Mt. Pleasant, and if she didn't know, she checked with others. So, I guess I'm saying that with Tia, you get the whole package ... someone who will help you sell or buy a house and someone who will help you maneuver all the challenges as you travel the journey. All the planned and unplanned challenges. Thank you Tia for everything.

We hadn’t met Tia prior to our experience we had working together on purchasing one of her listed homes. I have worked with realtors about a dozen times in the past, and she by far the most helpful, caring, professional, and kind person to work with. It was a pleasure to work with her and she will genuinely care about helping you through the process of purchasing or selling a home. We only had an experience with buying a home with her and not listing portion so it’s hard for me to speak on behalf of her work from a sellers aspect but…..at closing when I went to say thank you the person selling the house to us, was thanking her so much we barely got a chance to. Her response time was basically immediate, and she gives straight answers and doesn’t waste your time. Overall great person to work with and I would highly recommend!

I was surprised how quickly Tia learned ME!

We spoke on the phone and made an appt to go look at a place. She took it upon herself to pick out a few more for me to see that same day and was very focused on what I said both positive and negative about each one. She took that knowledge and used it to make sure that at our next appt she showed me only places that fit ME. She worked WITH me and helped guide me through the thousands of Zillow listings I asked her about every day. I was impressed with how well she actually LISTENED and led me to the ones she knew I might like and helped me to avoid the ones she knew I wouldn't.

Once we found THE place, she hooked me up with all the right people to get the inspections and financing done quickly and easily. She took care of the problems that came up so that I didnt have to stress about them. I felt like I could trust her and that felt amazing!

This was my first solo home purchase, and Tia made me feel safe in my decisions. A lot could have gone wrong, but instead, 3 weeks after we met, I was closing on a house that I loved at first sight. I owe all that to Tia for helping me to not waste time on the wrong places and for being so thoroughly prepared for every twist and bump in the road.

Thank you Tia! I will definitely seek you out when I am ready to do this all over again!
