About Tiaa

I joined KW in 2005 primarily because I felt the WI4C2TS were practiced in our office. I naturally gravitate toward the KW Belief system because it is my personal philosophy. I have served on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for 13 of the 17 years I have been with KW. During my tenure on the ALC, I have rotated through all the committees. This year I am serving on the Tech and Growth Committees. I am also this year's representative to the Regional ALC. This allows me to reach a new level of leadership. My customers always come first. I am always ready, willing and able to find houses and match my clients' needs to the houses which are best suited for them. I practice the "Win-Win or No Deal" mentality daily, I believe my customers respond in a very positive way when I practice this philosophy. I have had some very difficult deals where I have successfully negotiated tough solutions for my customers. 80% of my business comes from my sphere of influence. I am willing to tell customers when NOT selling their house is in their best interest based on the facts of a situation. My husband says something, I am too nurturing. I demonstrate caring and teamwork every day with my fellow agents. I am willing to answer questions and be a resource for the Realtors in our office. I offer mentoring and shadowing for newer agents. It is very gratifying to watch several of the people I have coached over the years grow their teams and flourish in real estate. Even today, those agents still consult with me from time to time. I continue to encourage everyone, "Don't let anyone else take your sunshine ." For the past 3 years, I have been the primary caregiver to my grandma. Each day I do whatever it takes to insure she feels love and is cared for. Grandma is now 94 and still thriving because I firmly believe she is sharing our loving home with us. I continue to support my husband in his businesses. He owns Payneless Images Barbershop which he started in 2003 and his future endeavor will be his Bar-B-Que Business. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. However, my true passion is helping my husband cooking the sides to go with his Bar-B-Que.
