Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and I always felt informed. (Which was one the best parts because I had never gone through this process before and was completely clueless).

I would give Tiana a rating of 10 out of 10 if the scores went that high. I looked on the realtor.com website for someone to help my husband and I sell the home we had lived in for 35 years. Tiana
reached out to me with a phone call soon after I posted my info. She and I connected right away. She carefully listened to my questions and concerns about downsizing. Tiana informed me that she was a Senior Relocation Specialist which gave me confidence in her skills. She has many contacts and resources. She offered to help us with more than just selling our home; for example finding temporary housing if necessary. We had questions about how much work we needed to do before listing the house. Her advice was very practical. At her suggestion, we decided to only do some of the work that we thought was necessary. Her knowledge proved spot-on as our home sold the first weekend it was listed.

I am proud to recommend Tiana Key to anyone buying or selling a home.

Tiana is on top of things and very knowledgeable. I wont leave some huge review but I will keep it simple. I love working with Tiana. She is kind and goes out of her way to help the client. Her communication is at the 5-Star level and comes with a smile.
Her personality makes you feel very comfortable!
One time I needed to find a realtor in southern Illinois, which was way out of her area and Tiana actually took out the time and found 2 realtors out in that area. The deal is about to close!
Funny thing was I contacted at least 6 or 7 other realtors and they couldn't help. Tiana made it happen!

Tiana is the absolute best in the business! Not only does she have house showings for you back to back but she’s very active in finding you your PERFECT home! She gets everything done super fast but done RIGHT! Answers all calls & texts if not right there & then but she’ll call you back quickly. As soon as we told her we wanted a home she was on it! THE EXAVT NEXT DAY she already had showings for us to view. 10/10 would not recommend anyone else other than her!
