We’re North Dakota natives, parents of three, and have been married for 20 years. After two decades together, we still voluntarily work side by side. That either says something wonderful about our marriage or confirms that we both enjoy a challenge.
We live in the White Earth Valley just outside of Tioga. Our approach to business is simple: tell the truth, work hard, answer the phone, and treat people the way we’d want our own neighbors treated.
We’ve worked in real estate for a decade—although five years in rural Western North Dakota real estate is roughly equivalent to 35 anywhere else. We’d say we’ve seen it all, but rural real estate tends to take that as a challenge. Out here, properties don’t always fit neatly into boxes, comparable sales can be more suggestion than solution, and Google Maps occasionally gives up before we do. Valuing property out here is an art—one that takes experience, instinct, thick skin, and perhaps a little ninja training.
Tiffanie leads the vision, marketing, client relationships, and negotiation. She was named Minot’s Rookie REALTOR® of the Year during her first year in the industry and is now responsible for approximately 97% of our new ideas.
Dave handles numbers, technology, and strategy. He’s a private pilot, drone pilot, and school chess coach. His chess-themed tattoo sleeve officially promoted him from a self-proclaimed level 7 nerd to a level 12—with no known level cap. He thinks several moves ahead, loves a good spreadsheet, and turns Tiffanie’s steady stream of ideas into an actual plan. If Tiffanie says, “I have an idea,” Dave instinctively opens Excel.
Together, we serve Tioga, Stanley, Powers Lake, and surrounding communities. From homes and acreages to land, commercial properties, and the wonderfully unusual, we’re comfortable with the deals that require extra creativity and persistence. We also know the difference between country living and “you may want four-wheel drive.”
