Tiffanie was born in Minot, North Dakota and is a proud Tioga native. She is married to Dave Finstrom, who is also a licensed ND REALTOR® and ND native, where they reside in the Valley just outside of Tioga. Together they enjoy the small town living and the warm neighborly environment that Western ND provides for them and their kids.
Real estate has been a lifelong passion with experience in buying/selling well before Tiffanie earned her ND real estate licensed in 2017. Tiffanie earned Minot’s Board of REALTORS® ROOKIE REALTOR OF THE YEAR®, her first year in real estate for her exemplary character, community involvement, service to clients and integrity. She combines her well educated real estate knowledge, savvy technology skills and has an art in negotiation offering her clients a fun, smooth and successful buying and selling experience.
In her free time, Tiffanie is enjoying backyard bonfires with her family, playing movies on the house, camping, and serving at Zion Free Lutheran church, Tioga. Tiffanie and her husband have also actively taught Financial Peace University for neighboring communities for eight years.
